We run the same real listing input through every AI tool and publish exactly what came back.
What this site is
CurbBench is an independent testing lab for the AI tools sold to US residential real estate agents — virtual staging, listing copy, photo cleanup, transcription and the rest. Every article is based on a tool we actually operated ourselves.
We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not sell any of the tools we test. Most “we tested N tools” articles in this niche are published by a vendor that sells one of the tools tested, and the vendor always wins. That is the gap we exist to fill.
What “hands-on” means here
We do not publish a review of a tool we have not run. Each article lists, up front, the first-hand work behind it — the screenshots we captured, the timings we measured, and the pricing and usage limits we confirmed on the day of testing. Every tool in a comparison gets the same input, and we publish every output at full size, including the ones that failed. Our full method is on the How We Test page.
How this site is funded
CurbBench plans to carry display advertising. Advertising never determines our verdicts, and we do not accept payment from vendors in exchange for coverage or for a particular rating.
