That address reaches the person who runs the tests and writes the articles. There is no support queue and no PR desk in between. We read everything; we cannot promise a reply to every message, but corrections and factual challenges get answered.

What to write to us about

A correction

The most useful mail we get. Tell us the article, the specific claim, and what it should say. If a price or a free-tier limit has moved since our test date, a screenshot of the current pricing or usage screen is enough for us to act on. We correct articles and note the change and its date; see our corrections policy.

A tool you want tested

Tell us which tool, and more importantly which task you would use it for — our tests are built around a real job, not a feature list. We cannot test everything, and we test in the order that we think helps readers most, but requests genuinely shape the queue.

You work for a company we tested

Send evidence and we will check it and correct anything we got wrong, at no charge. Please read the editorial independence statement first: we do not accept payment for coverage, sponsored posts, affiliate arrangements, comped accounts in exchange for a review, or requests to preview, soften or remove a published result. Those emails get a short answer pointing back at that page.

Privacy and data requests

Access, deletion and other requests under GDPR or the CCPA go to the same address — see the privacy policy for what we actually hold, which for almost every visitor is nothing at all.

Reuse, syndication and press

The rules for quoting and reusing our work are in the terms of use. For anything beyond a short quote with a link, ask first.

Why there is no contact form

This site is a set of static files with no backend and no database. A form would mean routing your message through a third-party service and collecting data we would then have to store and disclose. Email is a plain, direct route with no middleman, and it keeps the privacy policy honest.
