What our test results are, what they are not, and the rules for reusing our work.

What the site is

CurbBench publishes independent hands-on tests of AI tools sold to US residential real estate professionals. We are not a brokerage, we are not a licensed real estate professional acting in that capacity, and we do not sell, resell or represent any of the tools we test.

Test results are dated snapshots

This is the most important thing on this page. Every result we publish describes what one version of one tool did with one specific input on one specific date, from one account tier, under the conditions stated in the article. It is a measurement, not a guarantee of what the tool will do for you.

  • AI tools change constantly. Models are updated without notice, and output quality can improve or regress between our test date and your visit.
  • Prices, free-tier limits and feature lists are recorded from the product's own billing or usage screens on the date shown in the article. Verify current pricing with the vendor before you buy anything. We are not responsible for a purchase made on the basis of a price that has since changed.
  • Generative tools produce different output on repeat runs. Our results show what we got; you may get better or worse.
  • Our verdicts are our opinion, formed from the evidence published alongside them.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, brokerage or professional advice. In particular, when we test whether a tool's output meets a listing rule, an MLS requirement or a disclosure obligation, we are testing the tool, not advising you on your obligations. Rules differ by state, by MLS and over time, and you remain responsible for what you publish under your own name and license. Consult your broker, your MLS and your own counsel.

Use at your own risk

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurbBench and anyone working on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it — including a decision to buy, keep or drop any tool. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party tools and links

We link to the products we test. Those products are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and your relationship with them is entirely your own. A link is not an endorsement and is never a paid placement — see our editorial independence statement. We are not responsible for any third-party product, its availability, its output, or what it does with material you upload to it.

Our content, and how you may use it

The articles, test methodology, measurements, tables, photographs and original screenshots on this site are © 2026 CurbBench, all rights reserved.

You may, without asking us:

  • read, print and share pages for your own or your team's use;
  • quote a short excerpt or cite one of our figures in your own work, with clear attribution to CurbBench and a working link to the article you took it from.

Please do not:

  • republish a whole article, or a substantial part of one, anywhere else;
  • reuse our comparison images or result tables as the substance of your own piece, with or without credit;
  • present our tests as your own, or use our name or results to imply that we endorse a product;
  • scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers.

Screenshots of third-party products, and the product names and logos in them, remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced here for identification, review and commentary. If you own one of those products and have a specific concern about a specific image, write to us at xezw211@gmail.com and we will look at it.

Advertising

The site is funded by display advertising. Advertisements are selected and served by Google, not by us; their presence is not an endorsement, and their content is not our editorial content. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. What advertising means for your data is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
